1. What is Hiking For All?
It is a project that seeks to bring nature activities to all people, regardless of age, physical condition or previous experience.
2. What is the objective of the project?
To promote inclusion and accessibility in outdoor activities, offering hiking outings, workshops and adapted experiences so that everyone can enjoy nature safely.
3. Who can participate in the activities?
The proposal is for everyone! This is the only way that our proposal can be truly inclusive.
4. Do I need previous experience to join?
No. We adapt the activity according to the requirements and abilities of the participants.
Accessibility and inclusion
5. Are the outings adapted for people with reduced mobility or disabilities?
Yes, we always look for accessible routes and dynamics. Depending on the activity, we have specific supports, conditioned trails and a team trained in inclusion.
6. Do you have accessible trails in Uruguay?
Yes, we identify and follow trails that meet accessibility criteria in parks, reserves and natural areas in Uruguay.
7. Is it allowed to participate with companions, family members or personal assistants?
Yes, of course. We always recommend that each person can come with those who make them feel comfortable and safe.
8. What safety and inclusion measures are taken in each activity?
Our guides are trained in first aid in remote areas and accessible tourism.
In addition, we plan the routes in advance, inform the levels of difficulty and prioritize the safety of the group.
Logistics of the activities
9. How do I sign up for the activities?
You can sign up through our website or by writing to us via WhatsApp.
In each activity we publish the corresponding registration form.
10. What should I bring to an accessible hike?
Comfortable clothes, appropriate footwear, water, sunscreen and hat. At the time of registration we will always send you a list of specific recommendations if necessary.
11. What is the difficulty level of the routes?
Most of our activities are of low difficulty, designed for everyone. In each outing we clearly inform you about the duration, the terrain and the level of difficulty.
12. Are the outings cancelled due to bad weather?
Yes, in case of adverse weather conditions we prioritize safety and reschedule the activity. The amount of the reservation can be refunded or left for the new date according to each case.
13. Is there an age limit to participate?
There is no age limit. The activities are designed so that both children and adults can enjoy them.

14. Do the activities have a cost?
Some are free and others have an accessible cost to cover logistics and organization. We always inform you in advance.
15. How are payments or reservations made?
We accept bank transfers, digital payments (mercadopago) and in some cases cash on the day of the activity.
16. Are there discounts for groups, educational institutions or associations?
Yes, we offer special benefits for institutions, educational centers and social organizations.

17. Who are the guides or coordinators of the outings?
We are a team of guides and instructors trained in trekking, accessible tourism and first aid, committed to a safe and inclusive experience.
18. Is there specific training in accessibility by the team?
Yes, our team is constantly training in inclusion, accessibility and accompaniment in natural environments.
19. Is it possible to organize private outings or outings for institutions?
Yes, of course. We offer experiences adapted to groups, educational institutions, companies or associations that want to experience activities in nature.
